Stephen Tebo founded Tebo Development Company in 1972. Mr. Tebo quickly earned a reputation as a progressive developer and a community leader. Initially, the focus was on buying, developing, and managing properties in the city of Boulder, CO. Due to incredible success over the following years, Tebo Development Company expanded to areas across the Colorado Front Range. Currently, in Colorado, Tebo Development Company owns, develops, and manages properties in and around Denver, Longmont, Greeley/Evans, Erie, Lafayette, and Watkins. The company has also expanded outside of Colorado to Las Vegas, NV, Dallas, TX, and Hays, KS.
