Stephen Tebo and Tebo Development Company are proud members of the Boulder County community. Taking pride in and giving back to the community are always top priorities at Tebo Development Company. Stephen spends an extraordinary amount of time and energy contributing to the enhancement of the community in a wide variety of ways.

Stephen Tebo and Tebo Development made a significant contribution to the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation. The success of the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation resulted in the building of a beautiful state of the art hospital facility that bears his name, Tebo Family Medical Center.

Tebo Development Company goes the extra mile to enhance the Pearl Street Mall experience. During the summer months, between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, Tebo Development offers a free train ride to children. The Tebo Train travels up and down the Pearl Street Mall between 12th Street and 14th Street from 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday thru Thursday.

Tebo Development has donated several beautiful bronze sculptures that have been placed along the Pearl Street Mall. These sculptures add to the atmosphere and vitality of the Pearl Street Mall experience for all to enjoy.

As a proud sponsor of the Boulder Lights of December Parade, Stephen Tebo personally drives his vintage red fire truck in the parade.

Stephen Tebo is a passionate fan of the University of Colorado. As a member of the Buff Club, Stephen personally drives his classic black and gold painted fire truck in the pep parade before every CU football game. Tebo development is also a Boulder Scholarship and Donor-Sponsor for the CU men's basketball team.
