February 2009 Updates:

Exterior stone work has begun at Boulder's newest downtown development, the Arete.  Upon completion, The Arete promises to raise the standards for downtown developments and buildings.  Please visit thearete.com for more information.

October 2008 Update:

This month we purchased a church campus in Lafayette, Colorado! The church campus is located at 110 S. Roosevelt Ave. and consists of three different buildings that total 12,828 square feet.

September 2008 Update:

We have purchased 949 Walnut! 949 Walnut is a beautiful historic building located in the heart of downtown Boulder.

August 2008 Update:

We have added a historic Boulder landmark to our portfolio. We have purchased 1047 Pearl Street, also known as Tom's Tavern! This historic building, on the corner of Pearl Street and 11th Street, will undoubtedly become one of our new show piece properties.
